'Black Eyed Bully'

(K. Miner) Tetraploid (Velvet Eyes x Meet Joe Black) 30", 4.5", Early, Rebloom, Evergreen- BLACK EYED BULLY is a deep rose colored daylily with a jet black eye and edge with a nice green throat. The 4.5" flowers tower above the evergreen foliage on 32" strong, sturdy, 4 to 5 way branched scapes that hold 30 buds. You will enjoy BLACK EYED BULLY throughout the growing season because it is a great rebloomer, sending up three sets of scapes on established clumps. 'Sierra Maiden'

(K. Miner) Tetraploid (Ed Brown x Sea of Cortez) Early, Rebloom, Evergreen, Fragrant. - SIERRA MAIDEN has all of the attributes of a great all around daylily. Deep saturated color, good form, green throat, light fragrance, wide petals, rounded sepals, tall well branched scapes, and good rebloom. 3" petal width, 2" sepal width, 32" scape, 5 way branching with 30 buds. Fertile both ways. $100.00

*NOTE - After registering SIERRA MAIDEN, this plant has really excelled. In a clump, the statistics are better than when I registered this flower. I have updated the scape height, branching, and bud count here on the website.

'Lemonade Springs'

Miner) Tetraploid (Larry Grace x Darla Anita) 26", 6", Early Midseason, Rebloom, Fragrant, Evergreen - Lemonade Springs has large fragrant flowers that are clear chrome yellow flushed with a green hue, which is more prominent in cool weather. The 26" scapes have 4 way branching with 25 buds. Lemonade Springs is also a great rebloomer. The rebloom flowers often are laden with sharks teeth along the edges of the petals (See picture below). A good flower to try with green edged daylilies. $100.00

'Plum Foolish'

(K. Miner) Tetraploid (Raspberry Banana Cheesecake x Dakota Destiny) 20", 3.5", Early, Evergreen. - Plum Foolish is one of my all time favorite small flowered daylilies. The plum purple flowers are edged in a white ruffled border that is even more prominent as the season progresses. At 3.5" flowers on 20" scapes, this flower packs a punch. Following the footsteps of RBC, it is a fantastic rebloomer. It is on it's third set of scapes and has been in bloom since the first week in May! Difficult pod parent. $50.00

'Cherry Custard Cheesecake'

(K. Miner) Tetraploid {(Raspberry Banana Cheesecake X Sdlng) X Ageless Beauty} 32", 4", Early, Rebloom, Evergreen. - Cherry Custard Cheesecake continues the Cheesecake Series of daylilies. My Cheesecake series will be focused mainly on performance. The main criteria is how well they perform in the garden. They of course must be good looking flowers, but they do not have to be cutting edge flowers. In the tradition of Raspberry Banana Cheesecake, this flower has great garden performance. An early season bloomer with 4" blooms on 32" scapes with 25 buds per scape. Another great rebloomer with three sets of blooms in our zone 9 garden. $35.00

'Raspberry Banana Cheesecake'

This 2003 introduction is an amazing daylily. As you can see, it is a 5" rich butter cream color with a golden ruffled edge and a deep raspberry eye above a green throat. The branching on RASPBERRY BANANA CHEESECAKE is tremendous with five way branching on 30" scapes and up to 40 buds. If you like a daylily that blooms early in the season with flowers that are early morning openers and consistently reblooms ( and a second and third rebloom will occur in mild climates) then RASPBERRY BANANA CHEESECAKE is for you. RBC is hardy to USDA Zone 5 (tested in Reno, Nevada where it is vigorous) and is very fertile both ways. We have two introductions that have RBC as a parent and both are great rebloomers: CHERRY CUSTARD CHEESCAKE and PLUM FOOLISH. Please try them, you won’t be disappointed. $25.00
